This dual-branded Homewood Suites by Hilton will feature approximately 175 guestrooms and over 2500 square feet of meeting & event space.  Additional amenities will include an outdoor swimming pool, fitness facilities, business center, and lobby bar.

The property will be within the Alston Town Center and located at the corner of Mahal Avenue and Highcroft Drive. Alston Town Center is a major mixed-use development accessible by I-540 and adjacent to the country’s largest research park.

The 7000-acre Research Triangle Park is the home to some of the largest technology companies including IBM, Cisco Systems, Fidelity Investments, and RTI International. This hotel will also be adjacent to the highly anticipated $1 billion Apple campus spanning 1+ million square-feet and employing 3000+ people.
