Manager In Training Program

Our Manager in Training (MIT) program has been preparing future hotel leaders since 2018. Over 6–12 months, you’ll get real-world experience and mentorship to step confidently into an operations role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Gain hands-on experience across departments
  • Learn directly from experienced leaders
  • Explore HR, sales, and revenue management
  • Train at multiple hotel locations
  • Build confidence to step into management

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Curious and eager to grow in hospitality
  • Interested in developing leadership skills
  • Open to travel for training opportunities

Internships – Summer

Get hands-on hospitality experience with our 10-week paid Summer Internship Program, designed for students who want to grow into future hotel leaders.

What You’ll Do

  • Rotate through departments to see how each supports our guests
  • Learn directly from the General Manager and department leaders
  • Gain experience through projects, shadowing, and team participation

  • Enrolled in a hospitality or related degree program
  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment

Internships – Customized

Create a personalized internship experience at Parks that aligns with your career goals, learning objectives, or academic requirements. This program is designed for students who want to focus on specific areas of hospitality, complete curricular projects, or develop a tailored learning plan. You’ll gain hands-on experience, learn from mentors and department leaders, and contribute to meaningful projects across the hotel.
